| Service: | Thai Yoga (60 min) add another, change Thai Yoga is a gentle yoga session that will stretch and ground you. It will allow to you passively experience and learn yoga poses and related concepts based on your unique body. No yoga experience is necessary. Thai Yoga is a form of individualized, assisted yoga. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and plan to have bare feet. You should be able to comfortably work on a floor mat and should not have any serious health issues for a Thai Yoga session. If you would like to try yoga, but are perhaps intimidated by large classes and tiny, pretzel-like instructors (2) want to develop a deeper, more meaningful personal practice (3) want assisted stretching or pose modifications, or (4) or just want to relax and do yoga, Thai Yoga is for you. Based on your preferences, traditional yoga instruction (making the session more active) may also be incorporated. Due to frequent confusion of related terms, please note this is a yoga session, not a massage. |
