This session allows us to discuss your health history, clearly define your goals, identify challenges and get started on your wellness plan of action. An herbal consultation can be incorporated into this intake appointment if desired at no additional cost. Plan for approximately 2 hours for your appointment. Sliding fee scale available. If you register for the 6 month health coaching program at the time of your intake, this session fee is waived.
